Camellia Varieties Registered in 2010: "'OYLER'S CHRISTINA MARIE' ACS Registration #2789 This 30 year old C. japonica chance seedling first bloomed in 1987. It was originated, registered and propagated by Donald R. Oyler of Mobile, Alabama. Bloom: The sized - (3 1/4' to 3 1/2') x (1' to 1 1/4') formal double form flower is white. The bloom consists of 73 petals. The plant is a profuse bloomer. The flowers fall in one piece are long lasting and consistent in form. Plant: The plant habit is upright. The growth rate is average. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses. Leaf: The dark green leaves average 4 1/8' x 2'. Bloom season: Midseason"
